Before you Register ...

Please read through the following information, then click on the link at the bottom of this page to go to the registration page.

Confirmation:

You will be contacted by the Seminar Coordinator at several points during the months prior to the seminar and will receive written confirmation by return fax once your Registration is received. You will also receive full travel instructions well before the seminar dates.

Payment:

Payment for all seminars are required at time of registration and should be made payable to: Sulphur Experts Inc.

For full Price information of each of the Sulphur Recovery Seminars, please click on the Seminar location then select the appropriate fee on the Registration Form. Credit Card Payments can be made using VISA™, MasterCard™ and American Express® only. If you can not pay by Credit Card alternative arrangements for payment can be made but your registration and position at the seminar will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Colleague Discount:

If more than one person from your Company is attending the same seminar, the second and all subsequent colleagues are entitled to claim the lower registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Because we have limited registration, there is a penalty for canceling after the seminar deadline date. Prior to the deadline date, the full fee will be refunded, less an administration fee of CAD 100.

Maximum Enrollment - 50:

Registrations will be accepted and acknowledged in the order in which they are received.

Sulphur Experts reserves the right to cancel the seminar if fewer than 25 registrations are received before the seminar deadline (this has happened once in the past 100 seminars). Full refunds will be made if we cancel the seminar.

Check In/Out:

The Seminars typically begin between 08:00 and 08:30, therefore it is recommended that the seminar delegates arrive at the hotel on the day prior to the seminar.
